Job summary

Soccer Shots - Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required, making this a great entry point into coaching.

You will lead safe, fun classes for up to 12 kids, follow a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development, and arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment. You will engage each child, manage equipment and roster, attend meetings, and provide post-session feedback.

• Flexible hours: No minimum # of sessions per week.
• Base pay increase following the first season
• Direct 21-day track to become lead coach with pay increase
• Paid training ($16/hr)
