Job summary

Soccer Shots Philadelphia is seeking energetic part-time youth soccer coaches to lead sessions for ages 2–8 across Northwest Philadelphia, including Manayunk, Roxborough, Germantown and Chestnut Hill.

No prior coaching experience is required as paid training and a complete curriculum are provided, with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and energetic.
• Comfortable leading groups and communicating with parents.
• Able to travel to programs throughout Northwest Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for young children using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Serve as a role model, motivator, and leader while helping children grow on and off the field.

About The Role

Coaches lead fun, high‑energy soccer sessions for young children using the Soccer Shots curriculum. Sessions focus on age‑appropriate soccer skills, movement, character development, and creating a positive experience for every child.

You’ll serve as a role model, motivator, and leader while helping children grow both on and off the field.

Who You Are

• Enjoy working with children
• Reliable, responsible, and energetic
• Comfortable leading groups and communicating with parents
• Available for consistent weekly shifts
• Available on weekends and/or weekday afternoons and evenings
• Able to travel to programs throughout Northwest Philadelphia

Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.

Experience working with children — including teaching, camps, babysitting, recreation programs, or youth sports — is a plus, but not required.
