Job summary

Soccer Shots Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead safe, engaging classes for children ages 2-8. No experience required, and the position offers flexible hours with a clear path to become lead coach, plus paid training.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30-45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful

• Direct 21-day track to become lead coach with pay increase
