Job summary

Soccer Shots is looking for a Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach to lead 30–45 minute sessions for kids aged 2–8. We provide training, uniforms, and a flexible schedule, with a focus on safety, energy, and fun.

No coaching experience required—trainings are provided and you’ll join a supportive team. Responsibilities include running engaging sessions, tracking attendance, distributing end-of-season prizes, and communicating with leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.

What You’ll Do

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

• Responsible – Shows up on time and prepared
• Professional – Friendly with parents and school staff
• Enthusiastic – Loves working with young children
• Outgoing – Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
• Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season
• Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with children is a big plus!

Requirements
