Job summary

Soccer Shots in West Hartford, CT is seeking energetic, reliable, and friendly coaches to lead 30-45 minute sessions for children aged 2-6. No previous coaching experience is required; we provide training and a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead fun, engaging 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2-6
• Create a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn and grow

• Distribute end-of-season prizes and celebrate each child's progress

No coaching experience? No problem - we provide all the training you need!

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Responsible - Shows up on time and prepared
• Professional - Friendly with parents and school staff
• Enthusiastic - Loves working with young children
• Outgoing - Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
• Reliable - Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6-8 week season
• Communicative - Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer experience is preferred, but not required.

Experience working with children is a big plus!
