Job summary

Soccer Shots Greater Hartford/Central CT is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead 30–45 minute sessions for children ages 2–8, creating a positive, energetic learning environment and helping kids build confidence.

No coaching experience? Training is provided. Enjoy flexible scheduling, provided uniforms, advancement opportunities, and thorough ongoing support. Compensation starts at $20 per hour after training, up to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Soccer experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a big plus.

What You’ll Do

No coaching experience? No problem — we provide all the training you need!

• Outgoing – Willing to be animated, energetic, and even a little silly!
• Reliable – Able to commit to a consistent schedule for a 6–8 week season
• Communicative – Responsive and able to stay in touch with the team

Soccer Experience Is Preferred, But Not Required.
