Job summary

Soccer Shots Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to inspire children ages 2 to 8 through engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions.

With a focus on character development and a safe, inclusive environment, you will implement our clear curriculum and collaborate with families. Local candidates only, weekend availability required, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct sessions for children aged 2–8, including setup and break down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development techniques in every session.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8.

You’ll laugh. You’ll break a sweat. You’ll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do.

Local candidates only please (no work status or visa sponsorship available)

PART-TIME SCHEDULE or FULL-TIME SCHEDULE

Hours between M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm (and Sat/Sun 9am-12pm)

Must be available to work one day out of the weekend.

Schedule

• Flexibility – We only schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
• Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
• Saturdays: mornings are required
• A full ten‑week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
