Job summary

Soccer Shots Philadelphia is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to lead classes for children aged 2-8. No prior soccer experience is required, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes).
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment.
• Engage each child individually during class.
• Manage equipment and class roster.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Provide post-session feedback.
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
