Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Must show proof of degrees, certifications, and specific skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned client and build positive relationships.
• Be a role model and support clients in their mental health recovery.
• Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and county staff.
• Attend Plan of Care meetings and monthly supervision as required.
• Enter case notes for each meeting and report incidents as needed.
