Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Proof of degrees, certifications, and specific skills is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of $100,000/$300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and $100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned client and build positive relationships.
• Provide quality activities aligned with client goals.
• Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and county staff.
• Attend Plan of Care meetings and monthly supervision.
• Enter case notes for each meeting.
• Report any criminal activity, abuse, or unusual happenings to supervision or crisis line.
• Meet Lad Lake training requirements.
