This full-time, non-exempt role offers shift from Wednesday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., then Friday through Sunday 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with hourly wage of $15–$16 and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, a retirement plan, paid

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with at‑risk adolescents preferred.
• High School diploma, some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record for at least the past 5 years.
• Residential experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, support, and behavior management as needed to youth.
• Oversee the safety of residents and the facility.
• Answer all hotline calls and providing crisis counseling as necessary.
• Complete required shift documentation.
• Prepare meals for youth.
• Engage in programming with youth.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility.
• Collaborate with Treatment Team regarding youth progress toward goals.
• Attend monthly employee meetings and training as necessary.
