Community Build, Inc. is seeking a Systems Navigator to support GRYD Prevention office operations with reception, visitor supervision, and data entry tasks.

You will assist with outreach, document communications, and maintain accurate client records while coordinating with case managers. The role involves working with at-risk youth ages 14–25, providing program information, and participating in program events onsite or virtually.

Qualifikationen

• Requires fingerprint clearance background check and TB test.
• Experience with at-risk populations and case management support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data entry.

Aufgaben

• Greet the public and provide program outreach and information.
• Greet clients and notify GRYD staff.
• Maintain visitor sign-in and recordkeeping.
• Document messages and contact information when staff are unavailable.
• Use communication hardware/software effectively.
• Operate communications systems (phone, fax, email, internet).
• Attend staff meetings and provide weekly activity reports.
• Assist with case management and transitional client services.
• Support youth aged 14–25 in designated GRYD zones.
• Collaborate with Case Managers to facilitate Family Case Management and services.
