Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, human development, liberal studies or related field; 12 ECE units, 6 admin units, 3 field experience units (degree must be completed within 6 months).
• Four years of relevant childcare or youth development experience, with at least one year in a lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee staff, operations, and activities of a Youth Services site, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff and volunteers; plan, train, and monitor duties; support performance evaluations.
• Provide direct classroom management and program delivery 70% of the time, maintaining appropriate participant ratios.
