Job summary

Urban Strategies is seeking a Shift Leader for our on-site Operations Center in San Benito, TX. You will supervise Youth Care Workers, ensure line-of-sight supervision of minors, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years working with youths, a High School diploma or GED, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires a flexible schedule and physical capability to manage on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of experience working with youths or in a similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of youth case workers with line-of-sight at all times.
• Document supervision with supervisory logs and timely reports.
• Ensure shelter care and supervision of unaccompanied minors per policy.
• Support supervision through feedback and coordination with shifts and departments.
• Maintain surveillance systems and safe operating conditions.
