Bethany Christian Services in Crofton, MD is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to support youth and families within our domestic programs. The role blends direct youth programming with case management, community linkages, and collaboration with schools and worksites.

You will lead age-appropriate curriculum delivery, document progress, and coordinate outreach for recruitment and alumni support while upholding our faith-based values and mission.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years leading youth or groups preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AEC certified at hire or within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake, referral, and case note documentation.
• Provide case management and youth service follow-up.
• Link youth to housing and community resources.
• Deliver evidence-based curricula on relationships and health.
• Coordinate recruitment and supervise paid work experiences.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and school/worksite staff.
• Attend meetings and participate in program evaluation.
