Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) seeks a Part-Time program supervisor to oversee the Hope Division’s youth-serving programs, including runaway and homeless youth services. You will support youth recipients and host homes, and work with FSRI and partners to advance the division’s vision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible hybrid schedule. Occasional travel to partner sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3–5 years of relevant youth services experience.
• Strong organizational and communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational oversight to Hope Division’s youth programs and supports host homes.
• Fosters collaboration with FSRI, community partners, and funders.
• Contributes to the expansion of the youth-serving continuum and resource development.
