Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) seeks a Part-Time program supervisor to oversee the Hope Division’s youth-serving programs, including runaway and homeless youth services. You will support youth recipients and host homes, and work with FSRI and partners to advance the division’s vision.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible hybrid schedule. Occasional travel to partner sites may be required.

Provides operational oversight to the Hope Division’s non-child welfare affiliated youth serving programs, now focused primarily on runaway and homeless youth. Directly supports youth recipients and host homes. Fosters collaborative working relationships throughout FSRI and across community partners and potential funders. Contributes to the vision and expansion of the Hope Division’s youth serving continuum and assists with resource development.
