Position Summary:Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising community service programs such as DCYF contracted Trauma Systems Therapy teams and providing licensing supervision to masters level clinicians. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.
