Job summary

Lutheran Social Service MN in Minnesota is seeking a Program Director to provide leadership for Youth Services programs, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide grant reporting to funders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of community-related work experience with caregiver engagement.
• Strong management skills; prior experience with managing contracts preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the direction of Youth Services programs.
• Manage daily affairs and overall program operation.
• Ensure compliance with laws and funder reporting requirements.
