Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota seeks a Regional Director to provide leadership and oversight for programs serving individuals under Minnesota’s 245D licensing framework. The role ensures regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality, person-centered services across multiple sites.

The Regional Director will manage budgets, supervise and develop staff, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service or related field required.
• Minimum three years of supervisory level experience in direct support services.
• Knowledge of Minnesota 245D regulations and services for identified needs.
• Driver’s license may be required by program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple program sites and operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff across programs.
• Maintain budgets and staffing plans for ongoing operations.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
• Drive quality assurance and staff training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with 245D licensing standards and regulatory requirements.
