Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Regional Director to provide leadership and oversight for programs serving people with identified needs under Minnesotas 245D licensing standards. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality, person-centered services across multiple sites.

The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, proven leadership, and experience in budgeting, staffing, and stakeholder relations, with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Service or related field; minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Competent to lead a program serving people with disabilities or 65+, with strong leadership.
• Knowledge of Minnesota 245D licensing and service provisions.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR record.
• Five years of work experience with similar population; at least two years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for programs serving identified needs under 245D standards.
• Manage multiple program sites, supervise and develop staff, and balance budgets and staffing plans.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and drive quality assurance and training initiatives.
