• Minimum of two years of public library, retail, or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver programs to children ages 0-11.
• Perform circulation activities.
• Provide service desk coverage.
• Prepare program reports.
• Provide research assistance to customers.
• Utilize library systems software.
• Assist customers at service points.
• Train and assist customers on library policies.
