Job summary

Delaware LLC is seeking a Family Service Assistant I to support the Division of Youth Rehabilitative Services. The role includes scheduling client appointments, arranging transportation to court or therapy, and assisting with data entry and record keeping. You will visit clients in homes or schools and report findings to the Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or human services support such as interviewing clients and assessing needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments for clients and transports to required locations (hospital, court, therapy session).
• Provides office and telephone coverage in absence of the case manager and refers problems to the appropriate party.
• Visits clients in environments such as home or school and reports to the Case Manager.
• Prepares and maintains records and forms required by the case manager.
