Job summary

Arbor Associates in Massachusetts is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful daily work, and opportunities to gain broad experience across housing, schools, and day programs.

As a DSP you will assist with daily living activities, support recreational and educational activities, encourage independence, and help with program planning.
