Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate in arts degree in a social science.
• Experience in individual, group, or family counseling or intake/referral work may substitute on a year-for-year basis up to two years for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise family visitation to ensure child safety and guide parents.
• Transport families to appointments to access services.
• Document services provided and progress of clients; update CJAMS within 72 hours of contact.
• Attend court reviews, family team meetings, and medical/therapeutic appointments.
• Provide administrative support to Children Services (phone, mail, filing, scanning, data entry).
• Keep all parties informed of case status and provide monthly stats.
