Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in Loveland, Colorado seeks a part-time Safe Entry Coordinator to greet members, communicate with parents, and help maintain a safe and positive before- and after-school environment for youth ages 5–18.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 months of verified child-care experience with four or more children, and the ability to pass background checks. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; a sense of fun and role modeling is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months (455 hours) of care and supervision for four or more children aged four or older.
• Current early childhood professional credential level I (version 3.0) per CDEC.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in every member, staff member, and volunteer.
• Communicate with parents about Club services and activities.
• Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all members.
• Lead youth ages 5–18 in activities (academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, arts).
• Accurately enter and update member information in databases.
• Assist with daily transportation routes as needed.
