Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a Child Care Group Leader to support before and after school programs for local youth. You will lead engaging activities, promote safety, and act as a positive role model for students.

The position is part-time, with shifts in the morning and afternoon, and pays $16.00–$18.00 an hour. Bilingual abilities and CPR certification are highly valued, along with a commitment to create a fun, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three 3 months (455 hours) of verified care and supervision of four or more children ages four and up.
• Prior after-school program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and leading after-school programs (academic enrichment, character & citizenship, healthy lifestyles).
• Ensure safety of Club members.
• Mentor and serve as a positive role model for school-aged youth.
