Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is seeking a Child Care Program Leader to support a fun and safe environment for elementary-aged youth before and after school. This role combines supervision and program planning to promote positive youth development.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and adaptable, ensuring safety while creating engaging activities. This part-time position offers hourly pay of $19.00, typically working Wednesday mornings and Monday-Friday afternoons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience caring for 4 or more children.
• Experience in an after-school setting preferred.
• Ability to manage behaviors and communicate about sensitive subjects.

Responsibilities

• Support youth safety and act as a role model.
• Lead age-appropriate programs and activities.
• Guide other staff and communicate with parents.
