Job summary

The Child Care Program Leader at Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in Loveland oversees a safe, engaging before- and after-school program for elementary youth, blending supervision with activity planning.

You will work part-time about 25 hours per week, mornings and afternoons, mentor youth, coordinate with the Site Director, and help with attendance, food service, and events in a fun, supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behaviors.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate about sensitive subjects with youth and parents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of youth at all times.
• Develop, prepare, and lead age-appropriate daily programs and activities.
• Support and guide other Club Staff with daily programming.
• Communicate regularly with the Site Director and Staff regarding Club operations.
• Participate in special events, field trips, and unit activities.
