Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in Loveland, Colorado, seeks a Safe Entry Coordinator to greet members, coordinate check‑ins, and support a safe, positive before/after school program for youth ages 5–18. You will collaborate with parents, maintain records, and help with transportation routes in a dynamic club setting.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and has at least a High School Diploma with youth supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months (455 hours) of verified care and supervision experience with four or more children aged 4+ (not related).
• Current Early Childhood Professional Credential Level I (version 3.0) per CDEC requirements.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in every member, staff member, and volunteer in and out of the Club each day.
• Communicate with parents about Club services and activities.
• Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all Club Members.
• Act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 5–18 (ages vary by Club location).
• Lead school‑aged youth in activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and arts.
• Accurately enter and update all Club member information into databases.
• Assist with daily transportation routes as needed.
