Job summary

Pathway Family Services in Topeka, KS is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead and inspire staff while creating a safe, caring environment for youth to heal and grow.

You’ll supervise residential staff, create schedules, and partner with therapy and education teams to deliver high-quality care. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practices, staff development, and on-call leadership to support families.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of residential program experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support residential staff.
• Create schedules and ensure quality care for youth.
• Foster a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.
• Partner with therapy, education, and case management teams.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Monitor program quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Serve as a resource and leader during emergencies and on-call rotations.
