Thompson Child & Family Focus in North Carolina seeks a Residential Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff, and program outcomes in a trauma-informed setting. This in-person role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.

You will manage schedules across multiple shifts, participate in weekend on-call rotations, and contribute to a supportive environment for youth and families while advancing growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of related field experience required.
• Leadership/management experience through projects or roles preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and credential/privileging requirements as applicable.
• Drug screening and extensive background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs, staff, and outcomes.
• Model Leadership Pipeline principles as a Leader of Others.
• Schedule shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and participate in rotating on-call weekend schedule.
• Provide in-person supervision and ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
