Legacy Treatment Services Group is hiring a Direct Support Professional to work with adolescents in a residential treatment setting. You will build trust, mentor youth, and help develop life skills, including daily living tasks and promoting positive choices.

Weekend availability is required; a valid driver’s license is needed. The role offers full-time benefits and training, with opportunities for growth within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma plus three years of experience working with children or adolescents.
• Must pass and maintain certification in mandated trainings including CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships and meaningful connections with children and adolescents.
• Mentor and encourage youth through daily challenges while promoting positive decision-making.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming and other daily living skills.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Serve as a positive role model to help youth develop independence and healthy social skills.
