This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience working with youth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.
• 3 years or more working with youth in a behavioral group setting.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of a therapeutic treatment team.
• Become familiar with the residents' treatment goals.
• Carry out expected interventions.
