The Home for Little Wanderers’ Unity House in Keene, NH is seeking Overnight Residential Counselors to support youth ages 14–18 in a 24-hour group home setting.

You will provide safe supervision, implement treatment plans, assist with daily living activities and coordinate with staff to promote growth and family reunification. Prior childcare in residential settings and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of childcare experience in a residential setting.
• Computer literate; comfortable with Microsoft Office and internet use.

Responsabilités

• Provide a safe, supportive environment for youth in care.
• Supervise daily living activities and assist with transitions.
• Administer First Aid when needed and coordinate with supervisors.
• Maintain accurate paperwork: time sheets, incident reports, 51A forms.
• Participate in trainings and supervision meetings.
