Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Residential Counselor Supervisor to oversee daily care and supervision of children in our program. You will supervise a team of Residential Counselors, schedule shifts, and ensure documentation accuracy for each resident.

The role requires interaction with clinical staff, maintaining professional boundaries, and promoting pro-social behavior through structured activities and treatment plans. Shift coverage and compliance with regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience working with children and families preferred in child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the management of team of Residential Counselors including scheduling and employee management.
• Supervises children in activities to observe or affect changes in social behavior.
• Completes shift documentation including case notes, incident reports, and resident inventory.
• Trains and models skills to Residential Counselors; promotes professionalism among staff.
