Brightli in Saint Charles, MO is actively seeking a Residential Coordinator to lead daily residential operations and mentor a team of Behavioral Health Technicians. You will help ensure a safe, respectful environment and guide staff through onboarding and training.

This full-time role requires hands-on experience in behavioral health, a commitment to long-term growth, and the ability to balance clinical coordination with administrative duties, including scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must meet one of two options: degree in a related field or two years in substance abuse/mental health with one year in supervision.
• Experience leading or supporting staff in residential, behavioral health, recovery, or similar settings.
• Ability to support compliance, documentation, and staff training requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for team leadership.
• Willingness to work one weekend day.

Responsabilités

• Support daily residential operations to maintain a safe, structured environment for residents.
• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians and residential staff.
• Onboard and train new staff with orientation to program expectations and client rights.
• Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage per program standards.
• Monitor overtime and staffing needs with leadership input.
• Support CARF, state and agency regulatory compliance and training.
• Track staff training, including Relias Learning ongoing education.
• Facilitate staff meetings, trainings, and supervision with proper documentation.
• Assist with medication management processes and adherence to procedures.
• Participate in treatment team and clinical staffing meetings to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on long-term growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
