Job summary

BBH Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for their Youth Resiliency Campus in Springfield, Missouri. In this full-time or part-time position, you will provide direct care and supervision to youth residents aged 13-17 with persistent mental illnesses while facilitating therapeutic activities and supporting their treatment goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for working with at-risk youth. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Passion for working with at-risk youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents ages 13–17.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities and support treatment goals.
• Dispense medications as per physician’s orders.
• Monitor and chart resident activity and treatment progress.
