Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Willingboro, NJ is seeking a Program Supervisor for its children’s residential programs. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff, maintain consumer records, and collaborate with families to coordinate services for adolescents with developmental disabilities/mental illness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s with DD/MH experience), three years of supervisory work, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience with I/DD.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop group home supervisors and staff.
• Complete annual written evaluation of supervisors.
• Maintain records for all consumers, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Ensure consumers receive needed dental, psychological, or pharmaceutical interventions.
• Ensure safety of consumers and report incidents.
• Supervise consumers’ finances and personal needs.
• Participate in treatment plan formulation.
• Coordinate with families and guardians to deliver services.
• Recommend personnel actions to leadership.
• Assist in facility maintenance and budget monitoring.
• Be available to clients and staff 24/7 during emergencies.
