Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care seeks an Associate Program Supervisor in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey to oversee the Children's Mobile Response program. This full-time position requires providing stabilization and support services to youth and families during crisis situations.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and relevant experience. Responsibilities include management oversight, crisis intervention, and maintaining professional relationships with community partners.

Qualifications

• 3.5 years’ experience in behavioral health required.
• New Jersey LSW or LAC required.
• Must be in process to obtain independent New Jersey licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the program.
• Manage assigned Crisis Intervention Specialists.
• Plan, develop, and evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the program.
• Provide crisis intervention and respond after hours when assigned.
