Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of high-performing individual contributor experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong willingness to lead and develop as a leader.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day oversight of assigned residential programs and staff.
• Monitor performance using financial, staff retention, and program outcomes data.
• Rotate shifts 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and participate in on-call weekends.
