Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Program Supervisor for our youth residential programs. You will oversee daily operations, guide youth care specialists, and ensure compliance with program standards in an in-office role with on-call requirements.

This role offers a starting pay of $55-58k per year plus full benefits, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for growth, education reimbursement, licensure support, and student loan repayment programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the health & human services field.
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Exposure to leadership/management experiences through project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with residential youth programs or related field
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet credentialing, licensing and privileging standards for the programs you lead
• All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the youth residential programs.
• Prioritize tasks for the youth care specialists you lead and remove obstacles to ensure high-quality care.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders and ensure 100% compliance for the programs you lead.
• This role is in-office with evenings/weekends as required and on-call responsibility.
