Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of high-performing professional experience.
• Experience in leadership/management roles or projects.
• Valid driver’s license and credentialing/licensing as applicable.
• Pass drug screen and extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs.
• Manage staff performance and program outcomes data.
• Participate in rotating on-call weekend schedule.
