Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Matthews, NC is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to provide hands-on oversight of youth programs and staff. The role requires coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety, and aligning with standards across shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

This is an in-person position with leadership responsibilities and opportunities for growth. The starting pay ranges from $55,000 to $58,000 per year, with full benefits including PTO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of work experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a related field.
• Leadership/management exposure or experience through projects or roles.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet credentialing standards.
• Must pass drug screening and extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of programs and staff.
• Rotate shifts 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. and participate in on-call weekends.
• Ensure program performance data, staff engagement data, and outcomes are tracked.
