NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program located in Westborough, MA.
The IRTP's are short-term locked facilities serving male and female youth who are referred through the Department of Mental Health (DMH). NFI’s two, fifteen bed IRTPsare state-wide residential programs for adolescents who have a serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.
The two programs provide vigorous treatment in a locked setting for youth who are unable to be safely treated in a less restrictive setting. The programs are highly resourced with highly trained and credentialed staff which include child psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, clinical services, in-house education and therapeuticmilieu.
We are seeking dedicated and qualified candidates with strong leadership skills to provide direct care to youth served within the program.
Hourly rate: $25.50/hour
