Oak Plains Academy, aUHS company, seeks a Unit Program Manager to oversee resident care on assigned units. You will supervise staff, manage the program schedule, and implement activities supporting treatment goals within fidelity standards.

The role requires a compassionate, flexible individual capable of handling overtime and evening shifts while promoting a positive, therapeutic environment for youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, education, or related field preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience in a psychiatric patient care setting.
• Five years supervisory experience in a psychiatric patient care setting.
• Age 21+, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise unit staff and the milieu of residents.
• Create, organize, and implement activities aligned with therapeutic goals.
• Ensure policy compliance and support Service Excellence Standards.
