Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in psychiatric patient care.
• Knowledge of mental illness and behavior management.
• Must be 21 years old with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit milieu and residents on assigned units.
• Supervise Lead Mental Health Associates and Mental Health Associates.
• Manage program schedules and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure policy compliance and service excellence standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team.
