The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. is seeking Per Diem Residential Counselors to support children in our Dorchester location.

In the group home, youths aged 8-13 are transitioning back to families or toward independent living, and need a safe, structured, home-like environment. The role involves supervising daily living activities, coordinating with staff, and participating in age-appropriate school and community activities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Life experience with parenting and/or childcare preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide a safe, supportive environment for children.
• Coordinate with Residential Supervisor to maintain structured daily living.
• Communicate with other counselors to ensure continuity of information and daily activity logging.
• Engage youth in school attendance and extracurricular activities.
