Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain safety, structure, and wakefulness at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical care of YFT residents.
• Development of acceptable habits and attitudes for YFT residents.
• Management of resident behavior.
• Assist in meeting goals of required service plans.
• Guidance and supervision of residents under assigned care.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and census records.
• Attend mandated trainings and comply with program standards.
