Job summary

Youth For Tomorrow is seeking a dedicated staff member to oversee the care of male and female residents aged 12 to 18 in our residential program. The role includes supervising daily activities, documenting logs, and supporting treatment goals within a structured 24/7 environment.

Available shifts include Weekday Evenings and Awake Overnight, with mandatory trainings and ongoing professional development. Bilingual Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience working with children beneficial.
• Willingness to enroll and complete training programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical care of residents.
• Develop acceptable habits and attitudes for residents.
• Manage resident behavior and support treatment goals.
• Document daily logs and required forms before shift end.
• Maintain 24/7 structure, safety, and supervision.
• Attend mandated trainings and pursue ongoing development.
• Coordinate with treatment team and other staff as needed.
